Provider Insights: Understand How Your Applications Are Used Across Hospitals

Overview

The Transmural Platform Console now includes Provider Insights, an analytics dashboard built specifically for Care Data Providers. While the previously released Insights view gave hospitals visibility into their own telemonitoring activity, Provider Insights flips the perspective: it shows you, the provider, how each of your applications is being used across the hospitals that activated them on the Transmural Platform.

What Is Provider Insights?

Provider Insights is a dedicated section in the TMP Console that aggregates the telemonitoring sessions started through every application you offer on the Marketplace. The data is updated continuously, broken down per application and per prescriber, and presented as a single overview so you no longer need to request reports or build spreadsheets to understand adoption of your solutions.

Key Capabilities

Total monthly sessions with an easy trend indicator that compares the current month to the previous one, so you immediately see whether overall activity is growing, stable, or declining.

Per-application summary cards showing the current month’s session count for each of your applications, the share of total sessions it represents, and the trend versus last month.

Usage trend chart plotting all applications side by side over a configurable time window of 3, 6, or 12 months, or the full history available on the platform.

Prescriber breakdown table listing every hospital using your applications, with the number of sessions per application and a total per prescriber. Sorted by activity, so the most engaged organisations appear first.

Prescriber filter that lets you isolate a single hospital and see exactly how that organisation is using each of your applications over time.

Benefits for Care Data Providers

Provider Insights was designed to support both operational follow-up and commercial conversations:

Adoption visibility per application. When you publish multiple solutions on the Marketplace, you can finally compare them on equal footing and see which ones gain traction.

Hospital-level engagement. The prescriber breakdown highlights which hospitals are using your applications most intensively, and which ones may need additional onboarding support.

Early detection of drops. A sudden decrease in monthly activity for a given application or hospital is often the first signal of a workflow issue, an integration problem, or a clinical change that deserves a conversation.

Concrete reporting data. The figures shown in Provider Insights can be used directly in steering committees, business reviews, and contract discussions with hospitals.

Self-service access. No need to contact the TMP team for usage extracts. The data is always there, always current, and always scoped to your own applications.

Context

The Transmural Platform connects hospital EHR systems with remote monitoring solutions across Belgium and beyond. By giving providers the same level of visibility that hospitals already have through the original Insights feature, Provider Insights closes the loop on transparency: every party in a transmural care pathway can now follow activity, spot trends, and act on facts rather than assumptions.
